Therapy is an exciting journey of self-discovery. I'd love to join you on this adventure!

I can offer you my kind support and engaging curiosity.
Together, we can explore your life stories, pay attention to the present moment, and seek the direction where does it temp you to go next.
About me
I am a therapist and lecturer. My journey has led me from Biochemistry, through Experiential Learning, to arrive at Psychology, Mindfulness, and Psychotherapy. Although from a scientific background, I have been drawn to work more deeply with people. I am still faithful to science, however; which helps me to weave everything together.
I am always curious to learn new things. Currently, I am in Gestalt Psychotherapy training. I am also a mother of two kids, occasionally residing abroad. I always search for ways to combine the experience and knowledge I have gained to help others. I very much enjoy exploring the landscapes of the human soul during therapeutic work, as well as the souls of the unique landscapes of my temporary homes.

About therapy
When we're going through something difficult, it's common to feel lost. Therapy offers us a chance to better orient ourselves and connect with our inner compass — with compassion and gentle kindness. By allowing ourselves to pause, we open the door to transformation and navigate the path of change. I hold deep respect for this process and trust in the self-healing potential we all possess. It's a journey that continues to fascinate me, and I find great fulfillment in guiding others through it as a therapist.
In my practice, I offer gentle support and a safe space for my clients. While Gestalt approach is my cornerstone, I often draw inspiration from other areas of my interest, such as resilience, mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and interpersonal neurobiology.
I have gone through several big life transitions myself and they are definitely still an important source of experience for me: a career change, motherhood, and living abroad (USA, Thailand).
